BAD NOISE FOR BAD MOTHERFUCK'RS!

UNISON - Death In The Cradle (2003)

Unison is a great Serbian band formed somewhere in 1994. The music is Hardcore / Punk but with a shot of good metal and the rich musical tradition of the Balkan sound. This is legendary album from ’98, first released on a tape, and 2003 reissued on CD. Many consider it the best ever local hardcore album. Darker and more mature old school. Very different from the current Unison and even more different than their first works. Let’s say the beginning of Unison as it is today. Fast, dark and a little depressive but without the current apocalyptical sound. For more info: http://www.myspace.com/unison011

MALIGNANT TUMOUR - In Full Swing (2008)

Legandary D-beat / Crust / Metal band MALIGNANT TUMOUR (Czech Republic) has started in fall of 1991. That time it was more funny Noisecore than something serious. In 1992 the band becomes more serious grindcore with pathological lyrics. No one remember what line up was as first but first serious was : Bilos - Guitar/Vox, Roman - Bass and Libor - Drums. After some demos in '95 both left the band because they weren't interested in grindcore anymore. Today this band play somethig diferent music... Something like Crust'n'Roll ;) ''In Full Swing'' is their last album. Great material, 11 aggressive, fast and brutal songs! Recommended!!!

MONSTER X - Indoctrination Complete Discography

45 tracks of brutal, raw and fast Grind / Hardcore with Punk ideology. Complete discography from 1993-1998, included their 1993 demo, the split 7"s with Capitalist Casualties, Spazz, and Human Greed, the self-titled 7", the "Attrition" 7", the "To the Positive Youth" 7", and five compilation songs. Dirty level of distortion and fucking sick low vocal growls. Fans of the band that have all of this stuff on vinyl or whatnot might still want to snag this, but if you're into this stuff and only have an EP or two, this is a great discography that's been handled the way I wish all such collections would be.

JUSTICA - Justiça (2007)

Justiça is a girl band that started in April 2006. Considering the fact that it’s hard to find girl bands in the hardcore scene, in Brazil, these 5 girls decided to join and play fast Punk / Hardcore, portraying day-by-day life and the society problems, which are represented on their lyrics. In despite of being a band with just females, feminism is not esteemed and, not even, straightedge movements and others one. However, it is taken into consideration vegetarianism as a life style in the lyrics. This is their first album with 12 strong and rough Punk songs.

L.E.A.R.N. - Discography 2005-2008

This is my collection of their recordings from various compilations, 7''s, EP’s and CD’s. LxExAxRxNx was formed in Palermo, Italy at the beginning of year 2005, at the end of January. Inspired by some great fast-thrashcore bands, Alberto, Marco, Piparino, Cimino and Ivan joined together to have some fun. Influences varies a lot, almost everyone of us grew in different bands and genres (Skate Punk, Crust, Old School SxE Hardcore etc, etc...) but the result of this musical pout-pourri is just an exceptionally tight and fast Hardcore. Not for people with delicate ears. PS – The band is no longer exist

FUNERAL SHOCK - "Self-Titled" 7" EP (2003)

Yeah!!! Debut EP from west bay California punk junkers. This is dirty vintage American waster driving Punk / Hardcore, sounds simular to Negative FX or Bad Posture. Pissed off. Contains ex members of Spazz and Capitalist Casualties. Great vocals and a solid mid-tempo burn. The song details the state's decay with ass-kicking success. If this EP had've come out 15 years ago I would probably have been proclaiming it as the best Punk record I'd ever heard, but there are so many Hardcore bands right now who truly go above and beyond the constraints of the genre that Funeral Shock can't help but play second fiddle.

HUMAN ERROR - Life Sentence (2006)

Human Error is a Crust / Grind band from Budapest, Hungary, formed in 1996. Seventeen songs in 26 and a half minutes. You know what to expect, straight to the point compact songs. No long-winded epic approaches. But if you're open-minded and want to be exposed to true hardcore punk and not the sort of music that is being whored around as that nowadays then please please do check out Human Error, you won't be disappointed. Lyrically it all deals with political themes, such anti-capitalism, anti-militarism, mass manipulation, with a strong sensibility.

4 SCUMS - Пес Войны (2009)

Are you ready for kazachock D-beat detonation?! 4SCUMS, Saint-Petersburg, Russia, were formed in spring 2006. At the end of 2006 the first demo “Authority” with 6 songs was recorded. Tolik took an active part in recording process (guitar, back vocal), afterwards he replaced Sasha guitar player who had left the band. In this crew the band was playing until the end of 2006. In 2007 “Hohol” and Vitya had left the band and Kostya (bass guitar) and Maxim(drums) became members of the band. In this crew the band began EP recording preparations, planning its release on the beginning of 2008. Now the band play raw Punk, D-beat, UK punk82 and this is so fucking great album!!!

COMMON ENEMY - Living the Dream 12"LP (2009)

Common Enemy is a four piece band straight out of Reading, USA. Bringing you songs about skateboarding, thrashing, and horror movies. Having come from bands such as Idle Youth, MK Ultra Violence, Publik Disorder, and Xposure. They have brought back the violence and aggressive hardcore of the early 80's. Making it a threat all over again. Having many lineup changes since 1998 the band finally is serious about playing out and having fun. In the summer of 2003 Common Enemy recruited Sonic (X) and Greg Disorder making the line up the best its ever been... Take it!

ELIMINATE - The Attrition EP (2008)

Portlands own ELIMINATE raw noise attack debut EP. Raging band that plays raw D-beat / Crust / Punk, in the way it's supposed to be played. Compared to other bands, I'd say this is mostly Besthoven, and lots like Warvictims kind a D-beat, blended with some older swedish sound. This material was released somewhere around the end of 2008, on Muerte Negra REC. 8 fucking great tracks! They also have released a CD and a Demo tape, but I think this is the best stuff the band did till now. Full recommend!

RAKKAUS - Työ Vapauttaa EP (2005)

Rakkaus was formed at the spring of 2003 in Finland. The idea to start a new band was to play fast and noisy hardcore. Their first line-up was: Katri - vocals, Juhis - guitar & vocals, Jontte - guitar, Vellu - bass and Juuso - drums. Excelente Crust / Punk band with male/female vokals. The riffs are crushing, the recording is crisp, and blastbeats strafe the mix powerfully and precisely. 6 songs in 10 minutes, but none less than fierce. Animal liberation and human liberation struggles are the one and the same fight! This is RAKKAUS!

SICK TERROR - Aborto Legal [2001]

SICK TERROR - great Brasilian band, formed in July 2000. Ripping, fast, sometimes grinding and violent Crust / Hardcore / Punk at a fast speed-blazing guitar and bass, scampering drums and agitated vocals. Politically-oriented lyrics that paint a dark picture of life in their country - corrupt politicians, oppressive religion and police. Half a dozen of the songs are covers, from such bands as Olho Seco, Inocentes and No For An Answer. This is my favorite album from this fantastic band! Enjoy raw noise!

DISSYSTEMA - The Grim Prospects of Our Future (2005)

These Americans seems to draw influences from both the American and Swedish D.bet / Crust / Punkscene. Or maybe it's just American Scandicrust scene, hehe. Anyway, it naturally reminds me of Masskontroll, State of Fear and the likes. Started in 2002 as a 3 piece. Recorded a 5 song demo in 48 hours. Kev - drums, Jay - bass and vocals, Steve - guitar. Recorded a second 11 song demo in late 2002 / early 2003. Kev went off to Canada. In 2004 we recorded the "Grim prospects..." LP (Putrid Filth Conspiracy - Sweden - 2005). Recomended!

HOLOKAUST - War EP (2002)

Southern California, Riversade’s Holokaust offer one of the better D-beat style records in recent memory. As can be expected, D-beat / Crustcore takes center stage here, but there is also a knack for abrasive melody this time around, incorporating elements of both early USHC and a UK82. Drawing influences from bands like Dissystema, Decontrol, Hellkrusher, Autoritär but with many original elements! The quality of the recording itself is quite good too... Fans of the band’s past material, or of good DIY hardcore in general, will enjoy this 3 great songs!

Hailing from Australia, these Grind / Hardcore freaks unleash 21 tracks of old school early Earache Records-style grindcore in the vein of Napalm Death, Carcass and Texas lunatics Kill The Client. The music is fast and abrasive with lightning fast Mick Harris-style blasts, super distorted bass, chainsaw revving riffs and vocals that can best be described as a grizzly bear eating a squawking pigeon alive. The songs are short, insanely fast, but remarkably catchy. It’s been so long since From Enslavement To Obliteration was released that I forgot grindcore could sound this fucking good!

NATIONAL DISASTERS – And It Begins... CD (2009)

It's time for NATIONAL DISASTERS (Mexico). We start off with a dark apocalyptic mourning instrumental, which then segues into good modern crusty anarchist hardcore which is a lot harder to pin down than one might expect. It’s got elements of T-beat, some good tribal elements (hand-drumming… very nice indeed), some grind influences and blastbeats every once in a while. It’s a mixed-bag sound wise, but it works... it works very well, in fact. Lyrically we’re dealing with capitalism, globalization, and mankind’s mania for conquest. The songs are in Spanish....

The band started in 1999, and have since then transformed from a not-that-serious punk/noise/joke project into a somewhat less silly, yet quite absurdist (hehe...), raging Hardcore Punk unit and they are still going strong.
